ADVERTISING POLICIES

  • All advertisements are subject to approval of the Publisher and the Editorial Board of JSRM who reserve the right to reject or cancel any advertisement at any time.
  • Advertisements should primarily focus on products and services related to scientific research or the practice of medicine.
  • Advertisements of products/services which harm human/animal health are strictly prohibited.
  • Advertisements will not be accepted if they are offensive or derogative against a particular sex, race, ethnicity, religion, physical appearance, or disability.
  • All advertisements are accepted and published on the warranty that either the agency and/or the advertiser are fully authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter of the advertisement.
  • JSRM or the publisher shall not be liable in case of failure to publish any accepted advertisement. We shall try our best to place the advertisement in the subsequent available space.
  • Advertised products/services must be compliant with the national and international laws/regulations governing the particular product/service and its advertisement.
  • Advertisements must be clearly distinguishable from editorial and/or peer-reviewed scientific content.
  • Advertisers/sponsors have no control over editorial content or policies. They have no advance knowledge on the peer-reviewed scientific content which is published in JSRM and neither JSRM nor the authors shape any scientific content to support any advertisement.
  • Advertisements may contain links to web sites operated by other parties. Such links do not imply JSRM’s endorsement of material on any other site and JSRM disclaims all liability with regard to the user’s access of such linked web sites.
  • The advertiser and/or the agency agree to indemnify and hold harmless JSRM, its Publisher, related agencies and employees against any expenses and losses resulting from the publication of the contents of the advertisement, including, without limitation, claims or suits, violation of privacy, copyright infringement or plagiarism.
  • JSRM and its Publisher reserve the right to change the advertising policies at any time.
